Into The Abyss, Carol Shaben
This book is about a plane crash in Canada, and how it affected the lives of the survivors. I found it a little hard to follow, at times. I think the author sometimes used the men's' last names, and other times their first names. It was not the page turner I was...

The Book of Eels, Patrik Svensson
Five stars for this little book! The beginning about eels and the author’s childhood was enthralling, followed by a somewhat boring middle, but the the last few chapters veer in to heart-felt spirituality. It’s translated from Swedish, which gives it a quaint European...
Dead Mountain: The untold true story of the Dyatlov Pass incident. Donnie Echar
This true story kept my attention throughout. Great adventure book read, and how the modern day author tried to solved the mystery. Five stars of five!
Midnight in Chernobyl, Adam Higginbotham
The Untold Story of the World's Greatest Nuclear Disaster. April 25, 1986. I thoroughly enjoyed this book, and learned how old nuclear reactors were crazy dangerous, but many were built, anyways. I learned that the unfolding disaster destroyed the Soviet Union.
A sailor’s Story, Sam Glanzman
Third book. I didn't like the forward or the Introduction, but the book itself was OK. Lots if iconically drawn WWII scenes of ships and soldiers. It wasn't a page-turner for me, but the longer it has been since I read it, the more I like it.
I hate Running and You Can Too, By Brendan Leonard
I enjoyed this quich read, with its' little charts.

Whoo Hoo! OneDrive for Linux
I'm excited to be using OneDrive on Linux. So far it seems to be working. The install was a bit gruesome. Don't forget onedrive --help https://github.com/abraunegg/onedrive
The Fascinating History of this Site
This Foray in to WordPress started on or about 11/26/2017. It’s ramblings about running, computers, and sometimes food.
