This is how we run Zoom in my Rotary club. It’s a small room with a few people sitting around eating breakfast, and half a dozen members joining on Zoom on the big TV.

We made some improvements since making this diagram.

Zoom drives me crazy with a current feature where if I put Gallery view on the big screen TV, then the Zoom toolbar goes there, also, and everyone can see when I change the microphones.

I suppose if I had the Laptop run sound from a speaker, not the TV, I could put a gallery view on the screen from a 2nd display on a laptop that is only there for that reason.
