This is a current and timely book about an Israeli and Palestinian who became friends and business partners. They lead peacebuilding tours, where the tour leaders are from either side of the conflict, be it Israel, Ireland, or Rawanda.
I heard Jimmy Carter talk about Israel, and how he viewed it as an apartheid state. This book reinforced that image.
It’s a book of incredible hope, but the middle east just seems so troubled and dark right now.
